This Privacy Policy explains how Dermlore handles information when you visit dermlore.com. Dermlore is owned by Dr. Bardov and operated editorially by the Dermlore team. For website privacy and operational matters, Dermlore acts through its owner and editorial team. This policy applies to this website and not to third-party sites or retailers we may link to.
Information you provide
If you contact Dermlore by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message content. Please do not send medical records, photographs, diagnoses, medication histories, or other sensitive health information. Dermlore does not provide individual medical consultations through the website.
Technical information needed to operate the site
Hosting, security, caching, and similar infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request logs, timestamps, and referring URLs. These records may be retained by service providers according to their own security, operational, and legal requirements.
Dermlore tools
The Routine Order Checker, Ingredient Evidence Explorer, and Ingredient Label Decoder are designed to process selections in the visitor’s browser. Dermlore does not intentionally send tool selections or pasted ingredient lists to its server, analytics services, advertising platforms, or affiliate networks, and the tools do not require an account or saved health profile.
Analytics, advertising, and affiliate tracking
At the current pre-launch stage, Dermlore does not intentionally activate Google Analytics, Google AdSense, personalized advertising, or affiliate tracking on the site. If non-essential analytics, advertising, or affiliate technologies are introduced later, this policy and any consent or opt-out controls required by applicable law will be updated before or with that rollout.
Clicking a future affiliate or retailer link may take you to a third-party site that uses its own cookies and tracking technologies. Those practices are governed by the third party’s privacy policy. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Cookies and similar technologies
Dermlore may use strictly necessary technologies required for security, site operation, or user preferences. We do not currently intend to place non-essential advertising or analytics cookies on visitors as part of the pre-launch configuration. If that changes, visitors will be given the choices required by applicable law.
How we use information
Information we receive is used to operate and secure the site, respond to messages, investigate errors or abuse, maintain records reasonably required for business or legal purposes, and improve the site. Dermlore does not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, correspondence, legal, and operational needs. Infrastructure providers may have separate retention schedules.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular privacy law applies to Dermlore, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other control over personal information. You may contact Dermlore through the contact page to make a privacy request. We may need limited information to verify a request and will not use verification information for unrelated purposes.
Dermlore does not currently sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes and applicable law requires an opt-out mechanism, an appropriate control will be provided.
Children’s privacy
Dermlore is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect the site, but no website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the site’s services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The date above will be updated when material changes are published.

Privacy questions or requests can be sent through the contact page.
This policy describes Dermlore’s current practices and is not a promise that a particular law applies in every jurisdiction.
